Dear Kenwood Families,
Happy Friday and Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! This past week our students completed several of our state mandated drills including our bus, tornado and lockdown drills. Our teachers did a great job preparing our students for these drills. Next week, we begin our early out dismissal on Monday, Sept. 18th with dismissal at 12:50pm. The time after dismissal is important as our staff will be using this valuable time for professional development to support our students and school community. We recognize that this is a challenge, but we greatly appreciate your support as we begin our monthly early dismissal Monday.
